Body length: 22-24 mm

Distribution in Hong Kong: Mainly in central and north New Territories, e.g. Sham Tseng, Luk Keng

Flight period in Hong Kong: April to September

Identification features: 

1. Eyes green

2. Synthorax and abdomen dark green, with metallic luster

3. Apparent amber spot on wingbase

4. The 6th to 8th abdominal segment swollen in male
