This website aims at sharing information about the ecology and species of Odonata in Hong Kong, for educational and conservation purposes. Information on the website is regularly kept up to date.

趙卓言 (Ernest Chiu)

Ernest Chiu is a dragonfly lover. He has been taking photos of dragonflies since 2017. He has discovered the first female record of Red-veined Darter in 2017, the first record of Stylurus clathratus and the first male record of Bird-beaked Hawker in 2018 in Hong Kong. Apart from Hong Kong, he observed dragonflies in Taiwan, Japan and Guangdong, with opportunities to exchange knowledge on dragonflies with experts in Guangdong and Taiwan.

Whenever we visit nature, there are always unexpected encounters.

李鍾海 (Tom Li)

I love to spend my days with Odonata.
